Introduction to meditation and Yin Yoga

Sunday 21 May 2017, 10.00-17.00

Yin yoga is effective yet gentle and accessible, with a pace that complements meditation. The day will include led practices of both meditation and yin yoga to benefit both mind and body.

Open to all - no previous experience necessary.

Please bring vegetarian lunch to share.

Full payment is needed for all bookings. Payment can be transferred 72 hours before subject to a £10 administration fee. After this point no transfers will be made. Payments for retreats cannot be transferred. Payments are not refundable.
