URBAN RETREAT: Sat 30 Sept - Fri 6 Oct 2017

One of the best ways to support our practice is to go on retreat – take a weekend or more to move away from our habitual surroundings and live a simpler live. The Urban Retreat is an opportunity to focus on our practice in the midst of our busy lives and to reduce our exposure to the myriad of distractions in an urban context.

The Urban Retreat will be launched on Padmasambhava Day on Sat 30 Sept with extra events scheduled during the week including early morning meditations, day retreat, and more. Check our posters.
