Deep Work: taking your meditation practice to the next level

So you’ve learned to meditate, have a regular practice, yet you know there is further to go. How do you begin?

In this three week course we’ll explore the Buddha’s teaching on anapanasati (mindfulness of breathing). This elegant and practical teaching covers mindfulness of not just breathing, but the worlds within us that attention to the breath reveals - the body, feelings, the mind and reality.

Join us for a deep dive into our direct experience which we will meet with curiosity, courage, and conviction.
