Spring into Action - A Working Day Retreat (May Bank Holiday)

You are warmly invited to join Caroline, Dharmaprabha, Lottie and Santva in mindful, open-hearted, companionable practice in the shrine room and throughout our centre, making it clean and beautiful.

We will enter Ratnasambhava’s realm of abundance and creativity, working skilfully with our hearts, minds and bodies.

Everyone welcome, for the morning, afternoon or the full day. Sitting down work available.

Introduction to Buddhism and Meditation (start 3 May)

This 4-week course will focus on the historical Buddha including key stories about his life and particularly about his enlightenment and the symbolism of events leading up to it.

This coincides with the Buddha Day festival in May.

Introduction to meditation and Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is effective yet gentle and accessible, with a pace that complements meditation. The day will include led practices of both meditation and yin yoga to benefit both mind and body.
