Cutting through Illusion - A day of Insight Enquiry and Meditation

A day retreat for regulars focused on Buddhist wisdom and insight.

The day will include short led practices introducing different ways of looking at our experience to help us see directly the nature of reality as taught in Buddhism, plus longer periods of meditation.

Introduction to Buddhism and Meditation (start Wed 7 Sept 2017)

Are you curious about Buddhism?

This 4 week course will introduce the Buddha, his teaching (Dharma) and the followers of his teaching (Sangha).

We will also explore the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana practices including support for beginners and those in the early stages of meditation practice.
