Shared vegetarian lunch last Sat of the month

A morning exploring the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana (loving kindness) practices. The session includes sitting, some gentle movement and walking meditation. Suitable for all levels of experience.

Lunch after meditation on last Sat of month. Please bring vegetarian food to share.
