URBAN RETREAT: Early Bird Morning Meditation

During the Urban retreat will be an opportunity to boost your practice by meditating with others at the centre.

The meditation session will start at 7.30am
Doors will be open from 7.15am.
Please be on time because no one will answer the door after the start of the mediation.

After there will be an opportunity to have coffee/tea together. Please bring your own breakfast if you wish to join.
