Hatha yoga

At the moment we run the following classes in Hatha yoga, there is no need to book these events unless otherwise stated. Please use the address below if you have any questions about this style of yoga.

Hatha Flow with Alison Barker
Tues eve: All levels. 6.00 – 7.15 and 7.30 – 8.45 £8 drop in
Soothing and relaxing sequence of hatha yoga poses linking movements with the breath.  This flowing sequence brings balance and joy to the body.

Hatha Yoga with Marie Hollinger
Tues and Fri 10.30am – 12noon £8/6,
Sat 12noon – 1.30pm £8 drop in

Hatha Yoga With Julie Smith
Wed 12noon – 1.30pm £8/6
An ancient form based on classical practices and texts which includes postures, breath training (pranayama), relaxation and meditation. The practice develops qualities of strength, awareness, balance in mind and body and general flexibility.
