YOGA DAY WORKSHOPS

Yoga Therapy for Mental Health
Tools for managing depression and stress
with Amanda Owen and Heather Mason
Sat 6 Sept 10am – 4pm ££45/30
Stress and depression affect the mind and the body so to restore well-being it is important to work with the whole person.  Yoga harnesses mental and physical energy in a positive way. This integrative approach to mental health combines yoga postures (asanas), breath work (pranayama) and mindful awareness.
Open to beginners and experienced practitioners. You do NOT have to be fit or flexible to join in. We will modify and personalise the yoga according to the needs of each individual. Come along and have fun learning new tools for your life. 

Yin Yoga and Meditation
with Norman Blair and Amalavajra
Day event: Sun 21 Sept 10am – 5pm  £45/30
Inspired by gentleness, precision and letting go, sitting postures are held for sustained periods of time. This allows us space to explore potential and refine awareness.

To book a definite place on a workshop you will need to pay the cost of the course in advance.
