Saturday Morning Meditation and Buddhism Drop-in class ***New***

From 6 October, the Saturday morning class will include a Buddhism option.

We start with meditation at 10:15, then once a month there is the talk (for more information click here) and the other Saturdays the talk themes continue in the second half in an interactive format.

October: attachment, generosity and liberation.

November: hatred and kindness.

December: ignorance and awakening.

The first half will be suitable for newcomers or experienced meditators.
