Saturday Morning Meditation and Buddhism Drop-in class

From 6 October, the Saturday morning class will include a Buddhism option.

We start with meditation at 10:15, then once a month there is the talk (for more information click here) and the other Saturdays the talk themes continue in the second half in an interactive format.

October: attachment, generosity and liberation.

November: hatred and kindness.

December: ignorance and awakening.

The first half will be suitable for newcomers or experienced meditators.

Gentle Transformation: Introduction to Buddhist Meditation (start 16 Jan 2019)

The ‘Four Noble Truths’ is the earliest and one of the most central teachings in Buddhism. It contains fundamental principles of Buddhist practice in a nutshell. 2500 years later they are still relevant for us today.
