ONLINE: Meditation Going Deeper

This is an ideal class to experience an in-depth taster of meditation or to deepen your existing meditation practice. Visuddhimati has decades of meditation experience and will be focusing on exploring more and more deeply what meditation has to offer in building a calm, positive, resilient mind and heart.

The evening will include led meditations with opportunities for discussion and questions. Suitable for all levels of experience.

You are welcome to come every week but each class is also stand-alone so feel free to drop in any week.

ONLINE: Guided Meditation through the week

This online meditation class is suitable for both newcomers to meditation and those with a regular meditation practice. The two main practices we teach are the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana. These practices focus on developing calmness, integration, positive emotion and insight into our human potential.

ONLINE: Women's class - every second Saturday of the month

For all women who are interested in Buddhism and meditation.

This is a monthly event exploring different aspects of the Buddha's teachings and meditation. Usually there is a talk or workshop, often by a guest speaker, and some meditation. All women welcome. It helps if you are familar with our meditation practices the mindfulness of breathing and the metta bhavana, but that is not essential.

11 July - Dhammamegha will give a talk entitled ‘the Buddha’s begging bowl’ within a broad theme of ‘holding to nothing whatever’, with meditation, discussion and ritual.

8 August - Dhammagita is back for one of her popular workshops focused on the body.
