New Year, New Start: Diving Deeper into Buddhism
If you have already had a taste of meditation and Buddhism and it has left you intrigued to find out more, this is the course for you! Each week will involve some meditation and an exploration of key aspects of the Buddha’s teachings on how to live a richer, more contented, more positive life. By the end of the course you will have had further glimpses of how Buddhist teachings can help us to make sense of ourselves and to live better in our complex world. The course will be led by Aryajit, an experienced meditator and ordained Buddhist. See Aryajit introducing the course by clicking HERE.

Your confirmation email containing the Zoom access information for the class should arrive almost immediately after you book. If it doesn’t please check your spam/junk/promotions folders and add the email address scheduling@squarespacescheduling.com to your contact list or list of safe senders in your email account.

It is a difficult time for many people, hence we are offering this course with a lower than usual booking fee. However, we would ask you to please contribute an additional donation so that we can keep our centre going into the future. We have struggled greatly with a massive loss of income through 2020 so if you can contribute to help sustain the centre that would be fantastic! Many thanks!
