ONLINE: Sangha Night - an evening with meditation teacher Vajradaka

The Sangha is the Buddhist term for the community of people wishing to learn from the Buddha's teachings. Lalitaraja, Santva, Manjumitra, Khemananda and guest Order Members take turns to lead these evenings, practising and communicating Buddhism. A Sangha evening might include a talk, meditation, discussion, workshop, devotional practice. Open to all (though it is helpful if you have had an introduction to the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana meditation practices).

Monday 4th October: an evening with meditation teacher Vajradaka
Vajradaka's meditation teaching has become a much appreciated addition to the NLBC programme, on Tuesday evenings and at Sangha Nights earlier this year. We're looking forward to welcoming him to our Sangha Night again and getting to know him a bit better. Vajradaka will lead a meditation based on his current themes and then talk about how he came to be leading and teaching retreats and classes from 1972 onwards and how his approaches have changed.

Supported by the Sangha Night Team.
