Start your weekend in a positive way with our friendly Saturday morning class, suitable for all. The first hour is meditation teaching and practice. Then at 11:30 we continue with an exploration of Buddhist teachings. This week is a special guest talk.

November’s Keynote Talk: Aryavacin on ‘We are not separate. Can you find your self?!’’
We are delighted to be joined today by our special guest speaker, Aryavacin, who is a Venezuelan Order Member based in Nottingham. He will be exploring with us the third of the Four Seals, i.e. ‘All experiences are open and devoid of self.'

What is the nature of our self? Why do Buddhists say that there is no soul? How important is identity? And how can you move from the sense of isolation and separateness to one of connectedness?
