 Khemajala looks at the second of the traditional Buddhist characteristics of reality ‘unsatisfactoriness– if we mishandle change, we are in for trouble!

Start your weekend in a positive way with our friendly Saturday morning class, suitable for all. The first hour is meditation teaching and practice. Then at 11:30 we continue with an exploration of Buddhist teachings, with a special keynote talk on the second Saturday of each month.
