9 Sept a general talk. 

14 October: the Buddha by Danayutta:  "In search of the Buddha: The Jewel of Awakening"

11 November: the Dharma.

9 December: the Sangha.

Special guest Danayutta, who grew up in a Buddhist family in Malaysia and meditates on Shakyamuni. She was given the practice when she got ordained.  Danayutta explains how she relates to the Buddha. Is he the Indian founder of Buddhism? Is there a Buddha sleeping within all of our hearts? Or is it the ultimate reality of the mind and cosmos?

Start your weekend in a positive way with our friendly Saturday morning class, suitable for all. The first hour is meditation teaching and practice. Then at 11:30 we continue with an exploration of Buddhist teachings, with a special keynote talk on the second Saturday of each month.
