September 11, Ratnaprabha launches our new autumn theme: The Four Seals of Buddhism

1. Gaining and Losing is OK: Welcoming Change

Saturday 11 September, at the 10:30-12:30 Saturday morning class. Speaker is Ratnaprabha. Book here to attend at the Centre, here for online details. You do not need any knowledge of Buddhism.

Buddhism in one word is 'impermanence' – life is constant gaining and losing, and we are always losing what we cherish. But without that truth of change, we never create a fulfilling life, and we never mend the cracks in the world. Ratnaprabha explains this first Seal of Buddhism in September's keynote talk.

Four seals of Buddhism
11 September: 1. Gaining and Losing is Okay: Welcoming Change.
9 October: 2. Wanting Stuff doesn't Work: What Does?
13 November: 3. We are not Separate: Can You Find Yourself?
11 December: 4. Nirvana is Peace: What is a Buddha?

When you book you should receive a confirmation email almost immediately. To ensure this gets successfully delivered please add the email address scheduling@squarespacescheduling.com to your contact list (or list of safe senders) in your email account.
