Anapanasati: A Pathway to Freedom

During this day retreat we will explore aspects of the Buddha’s teaching on awareness of the in-and out-breath from the Anapanasati Sutta as a way to renew, inspire and revitalise our practice of the four-stage mindfulness of breathing practice. Come along to spend a day alongside others exploring the pleasures, subtleties, and mysteries of the breath.
We’ll share a buffet lunch together halfway through the day (please bring a vegetarian dish/item to share).
Suitable for those who have learned the four-stage mindfulness of breathing practice.
