Perhaps you've been attending classes for a while and are curious about the effects of a day retreat. Or you are a regular practitioner who values a day of practice.
Come and join us - we will spend the day together using meditation, ritual, movement and mantra to cultivate relaxation and spacious, metta-full awareness. There will be periods of silence to support going deeper, but very much on the basis of having felt welcomed and connected.
The day is lead but not taught, so suitable for anyone who knows the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana.
