Friday Puja evening

Welcome to the weekend with Friday Pujas. The evening starts at 6:45 with tea and chat, followed by settling into the shrine room at 7:15pm for meditation. At 8pm, we have a short break, followed by a Sevenfold Puja or other devotional ritual. On Fridays that fall near the full moon, the Pujas will be dedicated to a particular Buddha figure.

The evening is suitable for anyone familiar with the basic meditation practices - such as Mindfulness of Breathing or the Metta Bhavana.

The Pujas run on all Friday Evenings, though please check during August and December.

For any queries or interest in joining the Puja Kula (support team), please contact guhyasakhi@gmail.com

Our events are offered in the spirit of generosity in that our teachers give their time for free for the centre. Please do consider joining with that spirit by donating for the evening to help the centre through these very difficult financial times. Suggested donation £10 using reference ‘Puja Night’.
