Join Ratnaprabha and team for only the second Saturday session LIVE at the Centre since lockdown! The session will open with meditation teaching and practice suitable for all. The second half will be a special talk from our guest speaker Danapriya. This is the second talk on our autumn programme theme - Solidarity with Self & World - and is entitled ‘You Make a Difference: Karma & Changing the Future’. This continues our series on the Tibetan teaching of the Four Reminders. Danapriya will give a talk on the second reminder - the topic of karma - explaining how the way you live and act now creates the future for yourself and the world.

We are thrilled to have Danapriya as a guest speaker this month. Danapriya is an experienced Buddhist teacher and mentor and is currently launching his new book, ‘It’s Not Out There: How to See Differently and Live an Extraordinary, Ordinary Life.’ Most of us are always looking outside ourselves for something. But this something, this ‘it’, is not out there. ‘It’ is within us. Danapriya shows how to stop looking outside ourselves for happiness and fulfilment. He explains how to uncover the fertile ground of our own potential, so we can live the life we are here for. Click here to see an interview with Danapriya about the book.

When you book you should receive a confirmation email almost immediately. To ensure this gets successfully delivered please add the email address scheduling@squarespacescheduling.com to your contact list (or list of safe senders) in your email account.

***If you would like to attend the talk online instead, please go back to the menu and look under the ONLINE entry for today’s Buddhism & Meditation session***

Please be aware we have a Covid-19 precautionary protocol which you will be asked to adhere to when you are in the building.
