Irritation is a common response to events or exchanges in daily life; and anger is often not far behind. Yet it rarely serves, either to help us express ourselves or to bring us inner peace. If moved to action in anger, our actions may not be well-chosen. This is a day of practical exploration and exercises aimed at helping us build our capacity to choose more creative responses in challenging situations.

Enhance your life with a day practising transforming anger, either our own or other people’s.

Teacher Information:

Jill Broadbent/Vajraghanta is a Certified Trainer with the International Center for Nonviolent Communication and has been running Communication workshops/retreats for the past 20 years. She is also a qualified mediator and an Oral Surgeon. She loves to learn about life and have fun.

"I went to my first introduction workshop at the beginning of the year and it improved enormously my communication skills. I have learned that behind every misunderstanding or argument, there is a need that has not been met.

I have never thought that by learning communication skills I could have improved my relationship dynamics. I now feel empowered because I know that conversations are not out of my control and the way I respond to people does change the outcome."
