As part of our autumn theme of ‘Solidarity with Self and World’ do join Nandaraja for this Guest Workshop on meditation. You will be introduced to a set of 4 core meditations that inspire and nourish specifically through helping us to nurture our positivity, helping it to flourish and grow. These are the Brahma Viharas or Divine Abodes. Nandaraja is passionate about meditation and has been practising for many years. He has a strong affinity for the Brahma Viharas and so his title for today is ‘Gratitude and Acceptance: an Introduction to the Brahma Viharas’.
