ONLINE: Sangha Night - ‘Making The World A Happier Place with Metta’ (1)

The Sangha is the Buddhist term for the community of people wishing to learn from the Buddha's teachings. Lalitaraja, Santva, Manjumitra, Khemananda and guest Order Members take turns to lead these evenings, practising and communicating Buddhism. A Sangha evening might include a talk, meditation, discussion, workshop, devotional practice. Open to all though most suitable for Intermediates and Regulars. Mon 15 March - Making the World a Happier Place with Metta: the Brahma Viharas (Part 1)
We care about how we live and we have a sense of practice in relation to all beings, an ethical practice. How does our meditation help us to live and grow in effective awareness and kindliness? An introduction to the Brahma Viharas, or Divine Abodes, a set of meditation practices that help us grow in emotional positivity. Led By Santva with support from the Sangha Night team.
