Spring into Action: A Taste of Transformation
Few of us would dispute that it has been an extraordinary year all over the world. Why not join us for this 3-week course to explore what meditation and Buddhist teachings have to offer in helping us to manage and transform our mind and mental states. By the end of the course you will have experienced a taste of how meditation can offer a path to greater calmness, awareness and emotional positivity, as well as a tantalising glimpse of how Buddhist teachings can help us to make sense of ourselves, our lives and the world. The course will be led by Nandaraja, an experienced meditator and ordained Buddhist.

Your confirmation email containing the Zoom access information for the class should arrive almost immediately after you book. If it doesn’t please check your spam/junk/promotions folders and add the email address scheduling@squarespacescheduling.com to your contact list or list of safe senders in your email account.

It is a difficult time for many people, hence we are offering this course with a lower than usual booking fee. However, we would ask you to please contribute an additional donation so that we can keep our centre going into the future. We have struggled greatly with a massive loss of income over the last year due to Covid-19, so if you can contribute to help sustain the centre that would be fantastic! Many thanks!
