Saturday 3rd April; sessions start at different times throughout the day from 5:00am to 10:00pm.
Most suitable for Intermediates and Regulars but anyone who is curious is also welcome.
In April 1967, with a tiny ceremony in London, Bhante Sangharakshita founded what was to become the Triratna Buddhist Order and Community. We at the North London Buddhist Centre are part of Triratna, as are many other centres that have taken root in all 5 continents since that historic day. Now 54 years later Triratna Buddhists from all around the world celebrate this event and look forward to the future flourishing of our movement - a tradition that has brought the freedom of the Buddha’s teachings to many thousands of people throughout the world. There will be different sessions throughout the day hosted from different time zones around the globe. You can tune in for any or all of them to be inspired by our worldwide Sangha through meditation, reflection, devotion and discussion. Most suitable for Intermediates and Regulars, but all are welcome, so if you are curious to get a broader sense of Triratna do come along.
