“Just Sitting” is one of the core meditations in the Triratna system of practice but is rarely specifically taught . Also sometimes known as Pure Awareness meditation, Just Sitting meditation can also be a good basis for insight inquiry. In this day retreat, Karunagita will introduce several ways to do this meditation practice and explain its role with inquiry and within the System of Practice.
