Concessions & Booking Policy
We offer a Concessionary rate for some of our activities. Our concessionary rate is meant for students on a full-time course, people on a pension, people not working, people drawing state benefits and people employed in Triratna Buddhist Community TBRLs.
Our Concessionary rate is based on a policy of trusting people, so we choose to trust that people will only claim the concession price if they are genuinely in need of it.
Our mission is to enable as many people as possible to have access to teaching on meditation, Buddhism, mindfulness, yoga and related activities. We therefore aim to make our classes as affordable as we can. However, we are a small independent charity so we also need to generate enough income that we can continue to offer classes and events.

Full payment is needed for all bookings
All bookings are non-refundable
Bookings via Ticket Tailor (deposits and donations) are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Unfortunately we are not able to give a credit note.
If not otherwise specified we can only make transfers:
For Retreats, courses and (Meditation, Buddhism and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy courses or workshops): we require a minimum notice of 2 weeks to transfer a booking
We will only transfer a booking once.
Cancellation by the Centre
We endeavour to run all the events we advertise. However, if in exceptional circumstances we may have to cancel an event we will offer you a full refund.
