Dharma Day Festival: Sunday 10th July 2022 | starts 10.30am
Suitable for Newcomers / Intermediates / Regulars.

We often refer to the practice of Buddhist teachings as the ‘Dharma’, which means both the truth of things, and the Path towards the realisation of that truth.

Programme for Dharma day (please come at one of the times below, not in between):

10:30 arrive

11:00  meditation

12:00  three short personal talks

13:00  shared lunch

14:00  Dharma day readings

14:45  Puja and Mitra ceremonies

16:00  approximate end time.

Our wonderful teachers give their time for free to put on these events. Please join that spirit of generosity and help us to keep our Centre alive through this current crisis. Please donate if you can and use reference ‘Festival Day’. Suggested donation £20.
