Would you like to be able to respond more creatively to what life throws at you? Then this 4-week course - part of our ‘Exploring Buddhism’ series - is for you! It is ideal for anyone who would like to learn more about how Buddhist practice can help us respond in a more creative way to the ups and downs of what happens to us. Can ancient Buddhist wisdom help us navigate our complex modern world? No previous knowledge of Buddhism is assumed. The material for the course will be based on an extended essay by Sangharakshita called ‘Mind Reactive Mind Creative’ which explores the Buddhist vision of how the mind can keep us trapped or lead us to freedom. The course will also include some meditation.
