Buddhism & Meditation | Fires of Transformation Led by Vajramitra & Satyanathin

The human heart beats in us all, but do we know the depths of love and far reaching kindness that it (we) are capable of..? We all have some experience of love and connection, yet so often we make do with a closed off or fearful heart and miss out on the richness and tenderness that comes with living with an open heart.

The metta bhavana meditation practice gives us a way of working with these tendencies and points us to more expansive and robust states of mind. Sometimes though our habits win out, and our practice can become dry and hard going  At these times we need fresh input and guidance which can reinvigorate our practice.

In this 6 week drop in course we’ll be looking at ways to open more fully to our experience and connect with the metta already present. As we do this a kind of alchemy can happen - things that have been causing us pain or holding us back can burn in the fires of transformation - freeing us to connect more and more fully with ourselves, with others and with life!

This is a drop-in, course as part of the Tuesday evening class. Put it into your diary and come to as much as you can.
