Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is a well researched evidence-based course that teaches core-skills in mindfulness. Mindfulness is essentially a particular way of paying attention, on purpose and non-judgementally that can enhance the awareness of our experiences, moment by moment.
By regularly practicing mindfulness we can develop skills to be better able to manage stress and enhance well-being, confidence and positivity, even when times are challenging. These benefits may include having more energy and feeling more relaxed and confident in general
