Boundless Love

This day retreat of loving-kindness practice aims to contribute a nourishing and uplifting start to your year. Through meditations, discussion and short exercises we will explore ways of working with metta, we will use our imagination to invoke the support of Amitabha, Buddha of love and compassion, and we will cultivate a more spacious and expansive state of awareness. Maitrisambhava will give a short talk titled 'to Infinity and beyond'. Bodhamayi and Maitrisambhava, who are close friends and were ordained together in 2017, look forward to sharing their own journey and inspirations with you. Bring veggie lunch to share.
