***APRIL 10th IS THE FOURTH KEYNOTE TALK OF 2021***

“Contentment: where is it and how do we get there” with Vajramitra
Join Vajramitra as he explores the issues of contentment and non-exploitation contained within the Buddha’s 3rd precept (training principle). Why as Buddhists do we undertake to train in abstaining from sexual misconduct? Does this relate to us and how and why does it relate to contentment? How might we train to become more contented in our life? Vajramitra’s talk continues our theme for 2021 - The Triple Training or 3-Fold Path: new life (ethics), new mind (meditation) and new insight (wisdom).
