IN-PERSON: Sangha Night - Developing and maintaining motivation to practice Buddhism | Led by Khemananda

The Sangha Night team look forward to welcoming you twice a month; once on zoom (7.00-9.00) and, we hope, once in-person (7.00-9.30). The dates will generally be the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month. Check the website near to the time.

We're looking forward to welcoming Khemananda back to NLBC Sangha Night.

Khemananda will reflect on his recent two month retreat in Wales and suggest ways we can both develop and maintain a Buddhist practice whatever our circumstances.

There will also be meditation and discussion.

The Sangha is the Buddhist term for the community of people wishing to learn from the Buddha's teachings. Lalitaraja, Santva, Manjumitra, Khemananda and guest Order Members take turns to lead these evenings, practising and communicating Buddhism. A Sangha evening might include a talk, meditation, discussion, workshop, devotional practice. Open to all (though it is helpful if you have had an introduction to the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana meditation practices).

The Sangha Night team is looking forward to welcoming you.

Open to All. No booking required but please do donate if you possibly can to help us through the current crisis. Suggested donation £10. Please donate here
