ONLINE: Sangha Night - ‘Navigating the Ups and Downs of Life’ with Vajramitra

The Sangha is the Buddhist term for the community of people wishing to learn from the Buddha's teachings. Lalitaraja, Santva, Manjumitra, Khemananda and guest Order Members take turns to lead these evenings, practising and communicating Buddhism. A Sangha evening might include a talk, meditation, discussion, workshop, devotional practice. Open to all though most suitable for Intermediates and Regulars. Mon 8 March - ‘Navigating the Ups and Downs of Life’ with Vajramitra
Vajramitra will join the Sangha Night team to explore how we might refine our approach to the highs and lows of our life. He will explore the art of letting go - but not giving up.
