Jayaraja has been a practicing Buddhist, meditation, and mindfulness teacher for 30 years. He has studied Gestalt psychotherapy and trained with Marshall Rosenberg, the founder of Nonviolent Communication, and has a keen interest in neuroscience and trauma.  His workshops are renowned for their playful, inspiring, and emergent nature, helping people learn and practice from their immediate experience of what is alive.

Ben Sellers is a musician, skilled group facilitator and researcher focussing on inclusion in the context of music education. He uses Nonviolent Communication as a basis to train teachers and workshop leaders in schools, orchestras and arts organisations in the UK and internationally. Notable recent partners have included the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra in Japan and a coalition of grassroots social organisations in Turkish Kurdistan.
