Qi Gong (Chi kung) helps to focus the mind and builds confidence.
In this workshop, there will be warm up exercises, slow meditative movements and postures linked to the Five Elements in Chinese Philosophy: Earth, Metal, Water, Wood and Fire. The theme will be Stability and Balance. The emphasis will be on the element appropriate to the season and you will learn the basic theory of the Element. The workshop will end with a sitting meditation.
Wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. Please inform the teacher before starting the session if you have any injury or health condition or if you have recently had an operation.
