Come and join our restorative Iyengar yoga workshop and escape the festivities. A chance to re-balance and find some calm and unwind.
The session will help you digest, re-energise and find your inner sparkle.
We will practice poses (asana) to relax and calm down, and then to wake the body and mind up.
A perfect chance to prepare yourself for the new year.
Wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement.
Please inform the teacher before starting the session if you have any injury or health condition or if you have recently had an operation.
