In this Vinyasa class, we will link movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. Open to all levels, but certainly trying to include the right amount of challenge to observe and train your mind’s reactions.
NOT SUITABLE for women who are up to 12 weeks pregnant or those who are pregnant and not familiar with yoga modifications.
