Have you ever wondered what it is like to actually do the slow, graceful movements of T’ai chi? You may have tried a class, but felt a bit lost when confronted with a long set of movements to learn. This class is for you.

We will work with a very short sequence, the Yang style 10 Form, which takes its name from the number of postures involved – just ten! It still includes some of the signature movements of the Yang style, such as Part the Wild Horse's Mane. It is also incredibly compact, too and perfectly suitable for learning from home. We will build up the sequence gradually and enjoy the journey. Why not give it a go?

You can join Richard for this class via the Zoom app, which you can use on your computer/laptop or tablet.
