The Iyengar method places special focus on developing strength, endurance and correct body alignment in addition to flexibility and relaxation. Regular practice is energising and promotes excellent body awareness. It helps you feel refreshed and develops your flexibility, strength and improves concentration. A yoga practice for anyone and everyone!!
You can join Aubrey for this class via the Zoom app, which you can use on your computer/laptop or tablet. You will be sent the link in your booking confirmation email.
NOT SUITABLE for women who are 12 weeks pregnant or less and those who are pregnant and not familiar with yoga modifications.
