This class will be mat-based and focus on improving your core strength, flexibility and postural alignment.
Low-impact exercises will be used to strengthen muscles and tone your entire body, creating leaner, more flexible limbs and a stronger back and core.
There will also be a large focus on breath and concentration - two fundamental Pilates principles - to calm your mind, develop more control with each movement.
For those working with injuries or with limited experience with Pilates, modifications to exercises will always be offered. Everyone is welcome!
NOT SUITABLE for women who are up to 12 weeks pregnant or those who are pregnant and not familiar with yoga modifications.
