It’s other benefits include release of stress and tension and greater mindfulness. It’s a slow controlled approach, especially recommended by medical specialists for those with back problems”


NOT SUITABLE for women who are up to 12 weeks pregnant or those who are pregnant and not familiar with yoga modifications.
