We will pay attention to what helps us to feel better in ourselves - that could simply be an opportunity to slow down enough to notice, but it is also a chance to develop strength where we feel weak, or mobility where we feel stuck.
A nourishing class that is as suitable for those new to Yoga as for those with many years of practice.
