Join Naomi for this gentle Vinyasa flow class combined with yin yoga and relaxation (nidra) techniques. Expect to feel both rejuvenated and restored in equal measure!
This session is an invitation to move with intuition, the asanas and their transitions are carefully crafted to support all levels as we explore ways to move more mindfully with awareness and deep compassion for ourselves.
Not suitable for women who are up to 12 weeks pregnant or those who are pregnant and not familiar with yoga modifications.
