Sangha Day Festival (Sun 25 Nov 2018)

On Sangha Day we celebrate our spiritual community by creating a strong sense of collective practice.
A Day to enjoy each others company and to rejoice in our friendships in the wider sangha (community).

11.30 Doors open (until 12.00)
12.00 Meditation
13.00 Lunch. Please bring veggie food to share.

Metta Day (Sun 9 Dec)

Immerse yourself in Metta: friendliness, kindness, unconditional love - how that might look in our daily lives, how it transforms and how it can be developed.

A day retreat exploring different approaches to metta and the Metta Bahvana meditation through practice and discussion.
