Buddhism Day Events

CANCELLED or ONLINE: Metta Day (Sun 26 Apr 2020)

North London Buddhist Centre closed for a while

To help ameliorate the spread of the Covid19 virus, the centre has now closed for the time being, several weeks at the very least. We will run as much as we can online. The bodywork studio is also closed.

Instead, we'll be an online Buddhist Centre until it's OK to re-open. New online events will posted here

Come and spend a nourishing day retreat immersed in metta - friendliness, kindness, unconditional love. Through talks, meditation, discussion and mindful self-compassion we will explore this transformative practice, how it changes our attitude to ourselves and to the other beings who surround us in the world.
