This is an ideal weekly chance to enhance your existing meditation practice by exploring different approaches to nuance and deepen your experience. Most suitable for Intermediates and Regulars. You are can come every week but each class is also stand-alone so feel free to drop in any week.

Visuddhimati is embarking on a series of masterclasses on how to imaginatively engage with key Buddhist figures as a way of deepening your meditation practice. Thru August she will be inviting you into the Mandala of the 5 Jnanas - the wisdom consorts of the 5 Buddhas. She will explore the characteristics of each wisdom as personified by these female Buddha figures. Each evening will have a meditative focus connecting with the embodied qualities of the wisdoms. Come along to discover and explore the riches of this realm through the 5 elements and the 5 wisdoms.

3rd August - Locana, consort of the blue Buddha Akshobya: the water element and mirror like wisdom.

10th August - Mamaki, consort of the yellow Buddha Ratnasambhava: the earth element and the wisdom of equality.

17th August - Pandaravasini, consort of the red Buddha Amitabha: the fire element and discriminating wisdom.

24th August - Aryatara, consort of the green Buddha Amoghasiddhi: the air element and all-accomplishing wisdom.

7th September - Akasadhatesvari, consort of the white Buddha Vairocana: the space element and the Dharmadhatu wisdom.
