Start your weekend in a positive way with our friendly Saturday morning class, suitable for all. The first hour is meditation teaching and practice. Then at 11:30 we continue with an exploration of Buddhist teachings.

April’s Keynote Talk: Forbearance: is it okay to get angry?
The third perfection in the Buddhist path is patience or tolerance, ksanti. When things go wrong, how can you stop it getting you down? When you feel mistreated, how can you remain loving not be a doormat? Can the energy of anger be transformed? And what is the mysterious "patient endurance of the un-create"?
