The third perfection in the Buddhist path is patience or tolerance, ksanti. When things go wrong, how can you stop it getting you down? When you feel mistreated, how can you remain loving not be a doormat? Can the energy of anger be transformed? And what is the mysterious "patient endurance of the un-create"?
Recordings of past talks can be found on our North London Buddhist Centre YouTube channel here.
