April’s Keynote Talk: Forbearance: is it okay to get angry?
The third perfection in the Buddhist path is patience or tolerance, ksanti. When things go wrong, how can you stop it getting you down? When you feel mistreated, how can you remain loving not be a doormat? Can the energy of anger be transformed? And what is the mysterious "patient endurance of the un-create"?

Alternatively you can watch the talk live or recorded on our YouTube Channel (search for North London Buddhist Centre). Zoom link for the online class is here

Recordings of past talks and meditations can be found on our North London Buddhist Centre YouTube channel here
