The Sangha is the Buddhist term for the community of people wishing to learn from the Buddha's teachings. Lalitaraja, Santva, Manjumitra, Khemananda and guest Order Members take turns to lead these evenings, practising and communicating Buddhism. A Sangha evening might include a talk, meditation, discussion, workshop, devotional practice. Open to all though most suitable for Intermediates and Regulars. *** FINALE OF BUDDHIST ACTION MONTH AT NLBC ***
Monday 28th June: The Skilful Lion
This is the final Sangha Night of Buddhist Action Month (BAM), with the theme of the lion's roar. Karunagita and Katja will focus on how we speak out - roar so we can be heard and helpful - in a world that is increasingly polarised and where we might worry about people being scared away, upset, or roaring back in ways we shrink from.
No booking required but please pay what you can to help us continue to offer classes through this current crisis time. Suggested amount £10. Please donate here
