Mon 19 April - Karuna Bhavana: developing healthy compassion for the suffering of beings
As part of our series on the Brahma Viharas or Sublime Abodes, we have a workshop with Lalitaraja about the Karuna Bhavana. Karuna or compassion requires coming into relationship with suffering in order to find a response. We'll explore various perspectives on doing this in meditation and beyond, and how the practice can be transformative.
