This is a monthly event exploring different aspects of the Buddha's teachings and meditation. Usually there is a talk or workshop, often by a guest speaker, and some meditation. Open to all women (gender diverse friendly). It helps if you are familar with our meditation practices the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana, but please be assured that is not essential.
9 Jan: Touching Compassion - with Vajraghanta
To start the new year we are thrilled to welcome back Vajraghanta. She writes of today’s class: “The past year has created new conditions for many of us – more time at home, perhaps more time alone. These are times for touching the compassion that always lives within each of us, our natural loving nature that includes ourselves as well as others.” Vajraghanta has many years of experience facilitating workshops centred on compassion and communication.
